Industrial heating for high-pressure applications
The TK-24 Professional (80 kW, 6 bar) is designed for factories, process industries and large-scale high-pressure networks. With 80 kW output and 6 bar maximum pressure, it ensures continuous operation in demanding environments.
Maximum working pressure and testing
This reinforced version is pressure-tested up to 7 bar, with a maximum working pressure of 6 bar. Heavy-duty powder-coated steel housing and reinforced connections secure 24/7 durability.
Modular output and control
80 kW divided into 10 kW groups, switched in 3-second intervals. The LCD controller enables precise 10–90 °C adjustments, with runtime-based sequencing for balanced wear.
RS and Modbus communication
The boiler supports RS and Modbus protocols, allowing seamless integration into Building Management Systems (BMS) or SCADA platforms. Operators benefit from real-time monitoring and remote control.
Cascade and scalability
This 6 bar version is cascade-ready, enabling multiple boilers to run in parallel for large-scale heating networks.
Safety and reliability
Continuous pressure and temperature monitoring ensure safe operation. Automatic group shutdowns and full disconnection in critical events guarantee security.
