Your ProfiPoints are calculated when you place the order. After full payment, they are permanently awarded to your business account.
Adjusted after a return or cancellation
If an order is returned, cancelled or credited, the ProfiPoints linked to that order are adjusted automatically.
You stay in control
Available points are not deducted automatically. At checkout, you decide whether to use them or save them for a future order.
Valid for 24 months
Your ProfiPoints remain valid for 24 months from the date they are permanently awarded to your business account.
