Industrial boiler solution with maximum reliability
The Mikoterm TK-24 Professional (100 kW, 6 bar) is built for district heating networks, production plants and process industries. With reinforced design and high-pressure capacity, it ensures round-the-clock heating performance.
Maximum working pressure and testing
This 6 bar version is pressure-tested to 7 bar and certified for continuous operation at 6 bar. The heavy-duty, powder-coated housing and reinforced flanges provide long-term durability.
Modular power control
100 kW divided into 10 kW groups, switched in 3-second intervals. The LCD-controlled microprocessor allows precise temperature control between 10 and 90 °C.
RS and Modbus integration
Equipped with RS and Modbus communication, the boiler connects easily to SCADA or energy management systems, enabling central control and real-time monitoring.
Cascade and redundancy
The 6 bar version is cascade-ready, supporting parallel operation of multiple boilers. Redundancy ensures reliability even if one unit fails.
Safety and continuous operation
Multi-level safety with continuous pressure and temperature monitoring. Designed for 24/7 industrial use in demanding environments.
