The Mikoterm TK-24 Professional - Electric boiler (40 kW, 4 bar) is designed for office buildings, apartment blocks, schools and mid-sized commercial facilities. With 40 kW output, it delivers efficient and reliable heating capacity.
Maximum working pressure 4 bar
This version is designed for systems with a maximum working pressure of 4 bar, pressure-tested up to 4.5 bar. Its steel housing with powder coating ensures long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
Advanced microprocessor control
The LCD controller allows precise temperature settings between 10 and 90 °C in 1 °C steps. Heating groups are switched in 10 kW increments, with 3-second intervals to prevent grid overload.
Efficient pump and load management
The microcontroller balances load across heating groups to reduce wear. The circulation pump runs based on external signals and remains active for 2 minutes after shutdown to dissipate residual heat.
Multi-level safety system
Temperature and pressure sensors continuously monitor operation. If limits are exceeded, heating groups shut down automatically, and in critical cases, the boiler disconnects entirely.
