Electric heating for high-pressure applications
The Mikoterm TK-24 Professional - Electric boiler (40 kW, 6 bar) is designed for industrial projects and commercial facilities that require higher operating pressures.
Maximum working pressure 6 bar
The 6 bar version is reinforced and pressure tested up to 7 bar. The maximum working pressure is 6 bar. Its steel construction with powder coating and heavy-duty fittings ensures reliability under demanding conditions.
Advanced microprocessor control
The LCD interface allows precise adjustment between 10 and 90 °C in 1 °C increments. Heating groups operate in modular 10 kW steps, with 3-second intervals to prevent load peaks.
Optimised load and pump control
The microcontroller balances usage across heating groups, extending system life. The pump is activated by external signals and continues for 2 minutes after shutdown to distribute residual heat.
Industrial-grade safety
Sensors continuously monitor pressure and temperature. In case of abnormalities, elements shut down automatically. In critical cases, the system disconnects entirely for maximum safety.
