The Amber 65 from Itho Daalderop is the smallest model in the Amber series, but it is certainly no less impressive than its larger counterparts. With a capacity of 6.5 kW, this unit is ideal for well-insulated terraced or corner houses, smaller detached houses or apartments. This air/water heat pump is whisper quiet, easy to install and offers everything you need for sustainable comfort.

How does the Amber 65 work?

The Amber 65 extracts heat from the outside air and efficiently converts it into usable energy for:

• Heating living spaces via underfloor heating or LT radiators
• Hot tap water, in combination with a suitable storage tank
• Cooling in summer – for a pleasant indoor climate

The unit works with an inverter compressor that continuously adjusts the output to the current heat demand. This prevents unnecessary energy consumption and ensures a stable indoor temperature at all times.

At the heart of this system is the environmentally friendly R290 (propane) refrigerant, which has both a very low GWP and excellent performance at low outdoor temperatures. This means that the Amber 65 continues to operate efficiently even on cold days.

Practical installation

The outdoor unit is equipped with all necessary connections and comes standard with:

The installation is plug-and-play for installers, with no need for refrigeration work. For all-electric setups, a buffer tank is recommended, for example from the I-WPV 3G series or from ALPS EXCLUSIVE, depending on the required capacity.
