How does the system work?

The Amber 120 extracts energy from the outside air and converts it into heat for heating, domestic hot water or active cooling via a modulating inverter compressor. The use of R290 (propane) as a refrigerant ensures excellent performance even at lower outside temperatures. The system regulates itself continuously and automatically adjusts its output to the heat demand – ideal for constant temperatures, lower consumption and a longer service life.

In an all-electric installation, the Amber 120 covers the entire heat demand. In a hybrid setup, the heat pump works together with a central heating boiler, which only kicks in when necessary – a smart intermediate step towards gas-free living.

Practical to install and use

The Amber 120 is designed as a monoblock, which means that all components are located in the outdoor unit. This makes the system compact, clear and easy to install – without an F-gas certificate. The indoor module (control module) communicates with sensors and, if necessary, a buffer tank or three-way valve via the supplied cabling.

Thanks to its quiet design, the outdoor unit can be easily installed close to the façade without causing any nuisance to residents or neighbours. With the integrated electric element, you are also prepared for peak loads or cold days without any loss of comfort.
