The Hewa trailer is available to both business and private customers of Hewa. This service is intended exclusively for transporting materials ordered from or collected at our location.
It is especially useful when temporary extra loading space is needed for larger or heavier installation materials.

Use and conditions
- The trailer may only be used for transporting Hewa materials
- Use is only permitted on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00
- The trailer must be returned on the same day before 17:00
- Late return fee: €50 excluding VAT
- A form must be completed at pickup and return, similar to standard rental companies
- No deposit is required
- Damage is assessed by an external damage expert and charged accordingly
- Traffic fines, violations, and damage during use are the responsibility of the user

How does borrowing the Hewa trailer work?

After checking availability, we will confirm your reservation and practical arrangements.

Pick up the trailer
You collect the trailer at Hewa in Rijssen and complete the pickup form.

Use it for your Hewa materials
Use the trailer exclusively for transporting materials supplied by Hewa and make sure your load is properly secured.

Return it on time
Return the trailer to our location on the same working day before 17:00 and complete the return form.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the trailer for longer than one day?
No, that is not possible. We want to make sure other customers can also use the trailer on the next working day.
What happens if I return the trailer late?
If the trailer is not returned before 17:00, we charge €50 excluding VAT.
Can I use the trailer on Saturdays or outside opening hours?
No, use is only permitted on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00.
Is a deposit required?
No, we do not require a deposit. In case of damage, a damage form will be completed and an external damage expert will be involved.
Can I transport other items besides Hewa products?
No, the trailer is intended exclusively for materials ordered from or collected at Hewa.
What type of license plate do I need?
You must bring your own white license plate. This is mandatory for trailers without their own registration.
What if my vehicle does not have an 8-pin connection?
We do not provide adapter plugs. Please check in advance whether your vehicle is suitable for the available connection.
Can Hewa deliver or collect the trailer at my location?
