At Hewa, you can pay easily, securely and flexibly via our payment platform Mollie. Both business and private customers can use various online payment methods. In addition, we offer advanced options such as invoice payments via Billie, SEPA bank transfer and, in some cases, SEPA direct debit.
Secure payments via Mollie
All online payments are processed via Mollie. This means every transaction takes place in a secure payment environment. Your order will be processed once the selected payment method has been approved or authorised.
Business payments for installers
As an installation company, you benefit from flexible payment options at Hewa. In addition to specific B2B payment solutions, you can also use standard online payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Pay by invoice via Billie
Billie allows you to complete your order immediately and pay later. During checkout, a real-time verification and credit check is performed based on your company details.
Once approved, your order is confirmed instantly. The standard payment term is typically 30 days.
SEPA bank transfer
You can also pay via SEPA bank transfer. Orders are processed once the payment has been received by us.
SEPA direct debit for existing customers
For long-term business customers, SEPA direct debit may be available in certain cases after internal approval and verification. This may include a credit check.
On-site payment
Card payments are possible when collecting your order at our location.
Private payments
Private customers can choose from various secure and fast payment methods at Hewa.
Available methods include PayPal, credit card, Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA bank transfer.
For certain payment methods, such as Klarna, a credit check may be part of the payment process.
On-site payment
Card payments are possible when collecting your order at our location.
Order processing and invoicing
Your order is processed once the payment or payment authorisation has been confirmed. For bank transfers, this happens after the payment has been received.
The invoice is sent by email and is also available in your customer portal.

For business customers, registration is especially useful. After review, additional options may become available, such as invoice payment via Billie, SEPA bank transfer or, in certain cases, SEPA direct debit.
