Shipping Policy Hewa
Hewa ensures reliable and efficient delivery of installation materials, heating systems and technical components. By working with dedicated transport partners, we are able to ship both small parcels and complete systems in a structured and predictable manner.
Order processing
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are generally processed the same day, provided the products are in stock. In most cases, delivery takes place within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.
If a product is not immediately available, you will always receive an update with an expected delivery time. This allows you to plan your installation or project accordingly.
Delivery times and shipping
Delivery time depends on the type of product and shipping method. Smaller items and connection materials are usually shipped as parcels and delivered quickly. Larger products such as heat pumps, buffer tanks or complete systems are shipped on pallets and require adjusted logistics.
For pallet shipments within the Netherlands, the average delivery time is approximately 1 to 2 working days. Depending on transport planning and handling, this may vary. International deliveries require longer transit times depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs
All prices listed on the website exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and delivery location. Larger products and international shipments may have different rates.
Transport partners
Hewa works with DHL, PostNL and Van Reenen Transport. The appropriate carrier is selected based on the type and size of the shipment. Parcel deliveries are typically made on working days between 09:00 and 18:00.
Collection
You may also choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Rijssen. Collection is only possible by appointment. You will be notified once your order is ready.

On request and backorder
Products marked as “On request” or “Backorder” are not immediately available from stock and are ordered specifically for you. In these cases, delivery times may differ from standard lead times. We recommend contacting us in advance for an up-to-date delivery estimate.
After placing your order, we will always contact you to confirm the expected delivery time.
Important for installation projects
For installers and project-based orders, it is advisable to order in time and consider varying delivery times per product category. Especially for larger systems and pallet shipments, proper planning is essential.

DHL eCommerce
DHL is primarily used for smaller shipments and parcels. In some cases, DHL is also used for international pallet shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track and trace code so you can easily follow your delivery.
Van Reenen Transport
For larger and heavier products, such as heat pumps, buffer tanks and complete systems, we use Van Reenen Transport. These shipments are generally delivered on pallets.
For shipments handled by Van Reenen, track and trace information is provided directly by email. There is no public tracking page available.
