SilverTec press reducing fitting for secure pipe transitions
The OEG 802030024 press reducing fitting 26 mm x 32 mm is designed for safely connecting multilayer pipes with different diameters. This SilverTec® fitting creates a reliable transition from 26 mm to 32 mm and is suitable for drinking water, heating and technical pipework systems.
Fast installation with maximum safety
The press connection allows quick and efficient installation without soldering or threaded connections. This reduces installation time and creates a clean, durable and professional connection within the pipe system.
Forced leak detection when unpressed
A key benefit of the SilverTec® fitting is its forced leak detection feature. If the connection has not yet been pressed, it intentionally remains leaking during pressure testing. This allows installation errors to be detected immediately.
Multi-contour for flexible processing
The fitting features a multi-contour design and is fully compatible with TH press jaws. Up to a size of 32 x 3 mm, it is also compatible with U-contour press jaws. This provides additional flexibility when using different press tools.
Inspection windows for correct insertion depth
The press fitting includes three inspection windows. These allow the pipe insertion depth to be visually checked before pressing, improving installation safety and reducing the risk of incorrect assembly.
Low pressure loss and quiet operation
The very good resistance coefficient helps ensure low pressure loss within the system. During operation, flow noise is kept to a minimum, making the fitting suitable for efficient and quiet installations.
Suitable for drinking water systems
The OEG SilverTec® fitting complies with the UBA Positive List and meets the requirements for drinking water applications. It can therefore be safely used in potable water and sanitary systems.
