From Hewa Solutions to Hewa

Our website and systems are not the only things that have changed. We have also updated our name. Hewa Solutions will continue as Hewa: a shorter and clearer name that better reflects who we are. Many of our customers already referred to us simply as Hewa.

Our name is now simpler, but our service, technical expertise and commitment remain unchanged. From this trusted foundation, we are building a stronger, clearer and future-focused organisation for installers, wholesalers, commercial construction, professional end users and private customers.

The name change is therefore not an isolated adjustment, but part of a much broader step forward.

With the renewed Hewa, we are placing an even stronger focus on our specialisation in heating, installation technology and technical wholesale solutions. This includes heating systems, spare parts, water storage, installation materials and technical products for installation, servicing, maintenance and project-based applications.

We want to make it easier to put together a complete heating or installation project. We do this not only by supplying products, but also by providing clear product information, technical documentation and practical support.

Our digital customer environment has also been completely renewed. The new customer portal is faster, clearer and more practical, allowing you to manage more processes independently online.

EasyOrder: order using your own purchase order

We are introducing EasyOrder specifically for business customers, also shown as “Quick order” in the customer portal. This function allows you to upload your own purchase order, after which the order information can be transferred into our system more easily.

Following a brief check, you only need to review and confirm the order. This means products and quantities no longer need to be entered manually each time.

EasyOrder is particularly practical for repeat orders, larger project orders and enquiries containing multiple items. It saves time, reduces the risk of data-entry errors and makes the ordering process more efficient.

Your own prices and a clear view of your sales position

Within a verified business account, you can view your own prices. Where available, you can compare these with the recommended consumer price, giving you a clearer view of your margin and sales position.

This makes it easier to complete calculations, prepare quotations and include products with the correct pricing information in your projects or customer proposals.

Available prices, conditions and payment options depend on your business customer group and the agreements linked to your account.

Business functions designed around your daily work

The new Hewa includes several functions developed specifically for professional use. These are intended to reduce unnecessary separate communication and make common business processes faster and more efficient.

Where possible, it will also become possible to send a shipment directly to your customer under your own company name. This helps you deliver more efficiently without unnecessary additional logistical steps.

Supportcenter: all support in one central location

An important part of the new Hewa is the Supportcenter. Here, we bring together practical support, technical information and a range of useful tools in one clear and central environment.

In the Supportcenter, you will find support articles containing general tips, practical tools and explanations about topics such as the use, installation and maintenance of heating systems. These articles help installers, service engineers, business customers and private customers better understand, correctly apply and properly maintain products.

Technical documentation, including manuals, product data sheets, installation instructions and maintenance information, is also easy to find. For added convenience, relevant documentation is also placed directly on the corresponding product page wherever possible. This ensures that important product information is immediately available when comparing, ordering, installing or maintaining a product.

The Supportcenter also allows you to look up faults and error codes for different systems. Where available, each notification includes its meaning, possible causes and practical checks or potential solutions. This helps you assess more quickly which steps are required and whether assistance from a qualified installer or service engineer is needed.

Have you checked all available information and inspection points, but your question or problem has not yet been resolved? You can then easily create a ticket through the Supportcenter. Include as much relevant information, photographs, error codes and product details as possible, allowing our technical support team to assess your request accurately.

The introduction of the new Hewa is not the final step. We will continue to develop and expand the platform in the coming period.

We are working on new possibilities for digital data exchange with websites, webshops and business systems. This will allow product information and business ordering processes to integrate more effectively with the systems used by our customers.

We will also introduce ProfiPoints soon: a reward point system for professional customers. With ProfiPoints, we want to provide additional recognition for regular orders and active business cooperation.
