Hewa introduces ProfiPoints for business customers. When you place an order through your Hewa business account, you automatically earn points that can be redeemed for additional discount on a future order.
Do you regularly order from Hewa? With Hewa ProfiPoints, every business order now automatically gives you an additional benefit.
The system is linked to your Hewa business account, so there is no need to register separately. When you place an order while logged in, ProfiPunten are automatically earned based on the purchase amount excluding VAT.
Once the order has been paid in full, these points are permanently credited to your account. You then decide when to use your accumulated points for a discount.

The programme
What are Hewa ProfiPoints?
Hewa ProfiPoints are part of Hewa's rewards programme for business customers. The principle is simple: whenever you order from Hewa through your business account, you automatically earn points.
Points are calculated based on the purchase amount excluding VAT. The number of ProfiPoints you receive per euro depends on the ProfiProgramme linked to your account.
Hewa offers three levels: Basis, Plus and Partner. You do not need to activate a programme yourself. The appropriate programme is linked to your business account.
Starting with the Basis programme, you receive from 2 ProfiPoints per € 1 excluding VAT.
How it works
How do you earn ProfiPoints?
ProfiPoints are fully integrated into the standard ordering process. This means you do not need to take any additional steps during or after your order.

Log in to your Hewa business account and place your order as usual.

Once the order has been paid in full, the points are permanently credited to your business account.

What are ProfiPoints worth?
ProfiPoints have a fixed redemption value. This makes it easy to calculate how much discount your available points balance represents.

Your available points can be converted into a discount on your order during checkout.
100 ProfiPoints = € 1 discount
500 ProfiPoints € 5 discount
2,500 ProfiPoints € 25 discount
10,000 ProfiPoints € 100 discount
You do not need to use your points immediately. You can leave them in your account and, for example, save them for a larger order.
ProfiProgramme
Basis, Plus and Partner
Not every business customer orders in the same way or works with Hewa on the same scale. For this reason, the number of points earned may differ depending on the ProfiProgramme.
The programme consists of three levels:
Plus
An extended programme for customers who work more closely with Hewa. The rate at which points are earned may differ from the Basis level.
Partner
The highest level within the Hewa ProfiProgramme, intended for business customers with a structured and close working relationship with Hewa.
Practical information
How long are ProfiPoints valid?
Your ProfiPoints remain valid for 24 months from the moment they are permanently credited to your business account.
This means you do not need to use your points on your next order. You can continue building your balance and use the benefit when it is most valuable to you.
What happens if an order is returned or cancelled?
ProfiPoints are linked to completed purchases. If an order is fully or partially returned, cancelled or credited, the ProfiPoints associated with that order are automatically adjusted.
This ensures that your available points balance always reflects orders that have been fully completed within your business account.

Log in to your Hewa business account to view your available points balance. On a future order, you decide whether to redeem your points for an additional discount.
