Leak Before Press Technology
The integrated Leak Before Pressed function ensures that any unpressed connection will leak during pressure testing. This prevents hidden installation errors and increases overall system reliability. Once correctly pressed, the connection becomes fully watertight and airtight.
High-Quality Brass and Stainless Steel Components
The body is manufactured from hot-pressed CW617N brass according to potable water standards. The stainless steel 304 press sleeve guarantees corrosion resistance and mechanical stability. Dual EPDM O-rings provide secure sealing and smooth installation.
Suitable for Multiple Applications
With a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range from -20 °C to +90 °C, this press elbow is suitable for potable water, heating, cooling systems and compressed air installations.
