The BONFIX 2000470 is a straight brass press fitting designed to connect a 32 mm Alu-press multilayer pipe directly to a 26 mm pipe. For 32 x 3.0 and 26 x 3.0 mm pipes

The larger connection is designed for a 32 x 3.0 mm multilayer pipe. The smaller connection is suitable for a 26 x 3.0 mm pipe. Always check the outside diameter and wall thickness of the pipe before installing the fitting. Matching BONFIX system pipes are recommended.

Installing the BONFIX 2000470

Cut both multilayer pipes squarely. Carefully calibrate and deburr the pipe ends before inserting them fully into the coupling. Check that the correct insertion depth has been reached. Press both connections using a suitable press jaw and complete each connection in one full pressing cycle.

Reliable installation with the BONFIX system

The press fitting is suitable for a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range from -20 °C to +90 °C. Always pressure-test the completed installation in accordance with the current installation instructions. Use matching BONFIX system pipes and approved pressing tools wherever possible.
