Thermal loading valve for heating systems

The ThermoVar 512240581 loading valve 1" female thread (+61°C) is designed to raise and stabilize the return temperature in solid fuel heating systems. The valve prevents cold return water from flowing directly back into the boiler.

Opening temperature of +61°C

This version features a fixed opening temperature of +61°C. Once this temperature is reached, the valve automatically opens and directs the heating water towards the buffer tank or heating system.

Protection against condensation and corrosion

Low return temperatures may cause condensation, tar formation and corrosion inside the boiler. The ThermoVar loading valve helps prevent these issues and supports a longer boiler lifespan.
